Q:

Do i need to wash the plushies when i get them?

A:

We here at Cozyfluffies want to advice that when you get your order, please wash them.

- If you are using washing machine

  • Select the washer's gentle cycle, with cold water, and use a small amount of detergent.

- If you are washing by hand

          • Step 1: Soak in cold water. Fill a bucket or sink with enough cold water to submerge the stuffed animal.
          • Step 2: Add detergent. Add a small amount of mild or gentle detergent to the water.
          • Step 3: Hand wash.
          • Step 4: Rinse. 
          • Step 5: Air dry.

              How long does the shipment take?
              A:
              We want to provide the best possible experience for our customers that we will provide tracking information and will try to get them out for you as fast as possible.
              Our goal is to process them in 1-3 days and get them shipped in the next 10 days to your desired location.

              How do I contact if i have questions?
              A:
              In our website we have a form called ''contact'', you can write us there by putting in your information and writing the message. Our staff will try to handle your questions as fast as possible!
              Q:
              What if my package has been lost?
              A:
              Please report any missing parcels withing 14 days of your parcel being marked as delivered.
              - We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels when delivering to public location (including front of apartment door)
              - It is customers responsibility to order to secure place and to give correct shipping information.
              Q:
              How do i get the tracking information?
              A:
              We will provide the tracking information to you when the order is marked to delivery.
